Ancien Four Communal

This oven is conceded to the community of Breil by Othon II of Ventimiglia at the end of the 12th century.
The Brilloises bake bread, crescentes, tians and pies there and pay the municipality a fee in kind or in cash. It operated until the beginning of the 20th century.
