June 23rd :
Arrival in La Brigue (afternoon), Short walk on the sun path: discovery of rare endemic flowers, orchids and others, with a beautiful view of the village. Duration: 2 to 3 hours. Easy walk.
June 24th :
Departure around 8:30 am from the place Saint Martin to various places around La Brigue by hike for walkers, or alternatively, possibility of access by vehicle to the closest interesting flowery sites (blue columbine, martagon lily etc...).Provide a snack and water for lunch. Return in the afternoon.
June 25th :
Departure from the place Saint Martinl at about 8am by vehicle to Castérino/Valmasque. Discovery of the flowers and fauna (ibex, chamois, marmots etc.). Bring a snack and water for lunch. 2 groups are planned: 1 reserved for good walkers, 1 reserved for "strollers". Return to the hotel at the end of the afternoon.
This programme is given as an indication and can be modified according to the wishes of the participants.
