The accommodation is located in the city centre with Carnolès train station just 2 minutes away and a supermarket just a few metres away (without noise problems). Menton is a 20-minute walk from the superb Promenade du Soleil.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom and walk-in shower are both spacious (towels available as well as bed linen).
The living/bedroom is cleverly arranged with a double bed, a sofa bed (if children), a walk-in closet, HD TV and a dining area. This space overlooks the landscaped garden (about 15m2 with table, chairs, sun loungers). Free WIFI and available throughout the apartment.
The plus: reversible air conditioning in this unit.
No private parking however 25 pitches in front are free and exclusively reserved for the tenants of the residence.
Upon your arrival, a book created by me will be made available to you to discover the city and the region.
