There are 3 bedrooms, two with 160cm beds and one with a BZ sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with 2 showers and a toilet, while the separate toilet includes a toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with a pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, washing-machine dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, small electrical appliances and crockery for 6 people. All rooms and equipment were renovated in 2014-2015 and ongoing maintenance is provided.
The access road is located at the intersection of the territories of La Turbie, Monaco, Beausoleil and Cap d-Ail.

The border with Monaco is 1.5 km away and the town center 4 km (Casino, Place du marché), while La Turbie is 4.5 km (Café de La Fontaine). The 3 nearest beaches are 5 km away, and with a little research, you'll discover some nice spots.

Alternatively, you can simply walk from the house (but well-shod) up to La Turbie along a path dating back to the Romans, and admire the panoramic view over Monaco.
