It was in Rome that Laurent Raimondo, 43, faced 130 pros from the Queen and the Four Seasons. Over two days, everyone had to make 15 pizzas: from calzone to the classics and gluten-free preparations. A marathon that the Azure master: in two years, he participated in fifty regional, national and European competitions until this world-class event.
