The attractive terrace has many potted plants and an 8m2 pergola with a large table and chairs allowing outdoor dining.
Underground public parking is 1 minutes’ walk from the apartment, although a car is not essential to get to the apartment nor to travel in the region.
There is air conditioning (with cooling or heating functions) and ceiling fans in each room.
