We work partly with fishermen from the Mediterranean coast (Sanary, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Sète...) and, more generally, we promote French artisanal fishing on small boats. The "Posidonia" fish shop respects the oceans and seas, paying particular attention to the fishing methods used: line, trap and longline.
From noble fish to lesser-known fish, all are valued and Thomas Botticini, a former chef, will be delighted to give you some recipe ideas. We also have a great selection of seafood, ready-to-cook dishes, a catering area and a marine grocery. A seafood platter menu is also available.
