Creator of Ravioli au Citron de Menton® : Born in our Mentonnais workshop, Raviolis au Citron de Menton® have become the gourmet emblem of our company. Made exclusively with IGP Menton Lemon, they offer a delicate, fragrant filling, a true expression of the local terroir. This specialty was crowned "Best Stuffed Pasta" at the Pasta in Sud 2024 competition in Marseille, confirming its status as a must-have local creation and ambassador of Menton taste. Authentic, natural know-how: Each pastry is shaped daily in our workshop from high-quality ingredients, with no preservatives, artificial flavors or additives.
