Randonnée tous vélos La Balade Brigasque

The brigasque walk allows an approach and a discovery of the surroundings of the village of La Brigue: from the station go up towards the place Saint-Martin at the entrance of the village. There you will find the town hall and the information office. Continue following the road that runs along the riverside village. After the Place de Nice, cross the Pont de Boseille on your left. Continue for a kilometer and a half and take a break at the curious rooster bridge. Follow the road that goes up the river towards the lime kiln and the old village mill. Below the lime kiln you can see gorges where it is possible to bathe. Further on, at the intersection, continue straight ahead in the direction of Morignole for about 3 kilometers. You can visit this small hamlet with picturesque charm. Descent by the same road towards Notre Dame des Fontaines. At the bridge which marks the intersection 3 kilometers below, turn left onto the D 143. You will arrive at the end of a kilometer and a half at the Notre-Dame des Fontaines chapel. Take advantage of a moment at the edge of the sources of this chapel to take a bowl of freshness. The visit of the chapel is worth the detour, you will be able to discover the famous frescoes of the Middle Ages there… For the return towards the village follow the same road.
